Tokenest Cancellation Rights and Procedures
Our platform at Tokenest is designed to facilitate a secure and definitive transaction environment for digital assets and NFTs. Given the nature of these assets, it’s important for our users to understand our cancellation policy.
Creators’ Cancellation Rights
Creators have the right to cancel a token listing at any time before a sale is finalised. To cancel a listing, the creator must remove the token from the platform.
Once a token is sold by Tokenest, the transaction is considered final, and the listing cannot be cancelled.
No Cancellation After Purchase
All sales on the Tokenest platform are final. Once a token is purchased from Tokenest, the buyer does not have the option to cancel the transaction. The nature of digital asset transactions necessitates this policy to maintain the integrity and reliability of the sale.
Buyer’s Acknowledgement
By purchasing a token on Tokenest, buyers acknowledge and agree that they cannot cancel the purchase once it is completed. We encourage all users to review their decisions carefully before finalising a transaction.
Resolution of Disputes
In exceptional cases where there is a dispute or a technical error, users are encouraged to contact Tokenest support. These cases will be handled on an individual basis. Tokenest reserves the right to make the final decision on the resolution of such disputes.
Misuse of Platform
Creators who misuse the listing functionality (such as frequent unjustified removal of listings) may face account restrictions or suspension as per the Tokenest terms and conditions. Tokenest maintains the right to enforce these policies to ensure a fair and efficient sale and redemption for all users.
